After the definition of the main theme, Technology and Security, the staff of Ciab Febraban has defined some of the themes that will have space in the event’s program. Among the questions that are more interesting for the audience that will be in the event, are:

- Certificação Digital e e-CPF
- Digital Certification and e-ID
Besides these subjects, strictly related to the main subject, others equally important will be in the program:

- Digital TV;
- TI Government;
- Gestão de TI;
- TI Management;
- Process management;
- Document digitalization.
Ciab Febraban will have fourteen sponsors, versus seven in 2007, in three categories: Diamond (Itautec, Diebold Procomp, Oi, IBM, Perto, HP, and CPM Braxis), Gold (EMC, CA, Microsoft, CSC BRASIL, and DTS) and Silver (Mastercard, and CA). Serasa will be, one more time, co-sponsor.
The last editions had an average of 1,5 thousand of participants, 16 thousand of visitors and 80 exhibiters. The 2007 congress had 27 keynote international keynote speakers and 55 Brazilian lectures
